CEMENTATION HOSE

Discharge of abrasive dry bulk materials especially in road tanker applications where a light weight abrasive resistant hose with exceptional carcass strength is required for arduous use. Typical applications would be in the cement, sand, gravel and other aggregate industries.
Liner: Specially designed dry abrasion resistant antistatic natural rubber liner with an abrasion loss value of 60mm² according to DIN 53516. Directional flow to extend product life.
Reinforcemnet: High tensile synthetic textile and antistatic copper wire.
Cover: Abrasion, ozone and weather resistant pin-pricked special synthetic rubber.
Recommended Temp. Range: -40°C to +70°C.
Hose Ends: Plain or can be fitted with Storz or other dry bulk couplings.
Lengths: 60m standard coils.
